SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Cen-Tex Pest Control LLC (“Cen-Tex Pest Control,” “Cen-Tex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Consent and Message Types

When you provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in, you authorize Cen-Tex Pest Control to send recurring automated text messages to that number. Messages may concern your inquiry, quote, appointment scheduling or confirmation, technician or customer-care updates, service reminders, account or billing matters, follow-up communications, and occasional service offers.

Your consent applies only to messages from Cen-Tex Pest Control and is not transferred or assigned to another business. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

2. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, services, account activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Cen-Tex Pest Control does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Cen-Tex Pest Control text message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will not receive additional messages from that SMS program unless you later opt in again. We will also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate that you no longer want text messages.

5. Eligibility and Telephone-Number Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s authorization. Please notify us promptly if you change, transfer, or discontinue the number.

6. Delivery and Availability

Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program may not be available through every carrier or device. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program when reasonably necessary.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation after a change takes effect will be governed by the updated terms, subject to applicable law and your right to opt out at any time.
